2025 | Central West End Directory 10 Neighborhood Organizations Central West End Association Representing the residents of the Central West End since 1958, the Central West End Association (CWEA) has spearheaded many efforts over the years, ranging from architectural awareness to neighborhood beautification, while working collaboratively with stakeholders to make the neighborhood stronger. Today, the CWEA continues to celebrate and support the community by connecting neighbors through social activities, assisting property owners with historic preservation standards, and serving as an information resource for the CWE.
