2025 | Central West End Directory 24 City Services When and Where to Call the Police EMERGENCY (Life or property in grave danger): 911 Examples: car accident with injury, assault or robbery, drug deal, fire, damage to personal or public property (e.g., graffiti in progress), person endangering self or others. Be specific about the location of the problem you are reporting. You may call the CSB after the scheduled completion date to determine how the problem was handled.
