2024 | Clayton Community Directory 12 The Saint Louis Art Fair presented by Centene Charitable Foundation is an annual three-day celebration of visual and performing arts, hosted in downtown Clayton. Each year, nearly 200 artists from across the nation and world gather to exhibit and sell their work. The Saint Louis Art Fair is free and family-friendly, offering the Creative Castle — an energetic children’s art and activity area.
