8 2024 | Holly Hills Directory Boulevard Heights Map About the Boulevard Heights Neighborhood Association The Boulevard Heights Neighborhood Association was founded in 1933 and serves the area east of Gravois Avenue and Christy Park, south of Holly Hills Boulevard and Carondelet Park, and west of Grand Boulevard down to the city limits. Our purpose is to ensure the constant safeguarding of the neighborhood through any and all improvements deemed necessary by the association for the safety, health, and general welfare of the residents.
