Its boundaries are Bates Street to the north, Grand Boulevard to the east, Loughborough Avenue to the south and Morganford Road to the west. NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS General meetings are held at the Carondelet Park Rec Complex YMCA at 7 pm on the fourth Monday of odd-dated months (January, March, May, September, and November). There is no meeting in July and adjustments are made for Memorial Day as needed. At a typical meeting you can expect to hear a report from our alderman, Neighborhood Improvement Specialist, and Community Outreach Officer. At most meetings, a guest speaker or speakers will discuss topics of interest to residents.
