2024 | Lindenwood Park Community Directory 16 Meetup A “Meetup” is our monthly happy hour. It’s a fun, social event usually held on the 4th Tuesday of the month (or Wednesday, if the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays) from 6 pm until 8 pm (no Meetup in December). There’s no agenda. You’re welcome to attend for a few minutes or stay the entire time—just pay for your own food and drinks. It’s an opportunity for you to meet new friends from our neighborhood, enjoy some great food and drinks from local restaurants and possibly try out a place you’ve never been to before. We meet at a different location in our neighborhood (and surrounding neighborhoods) each month so watch for announcements and postings on our website and on social media. We have some of the best restaurants in St. Louis right here in our neighborhood and many of them are great supporters of LPNA. This is our chance to give back by supporting them with a happy, festive group of locals! We’d love for you to join us! For more information, email meet- up@lindenwoodpark.org . Flea Market LPNA will, once again, host a neighborhood Flea Market Saturday, May 18. This is a fun event and all funds raised from the Flea Market go back into our community, helping to pay for events such as Lindenwood Live, Trivia Night, LinFest, upkeep of the gardens in the park and so much more. We will accept donations of items you no longer want or need and will endeavor to sell them, with profits going to LPNA. If you would prefer to sell your own items, LPNA will provide you with a space to do so, for a small fee, and whatever profit you make is yours to keep. Items we will not accept are: large furniture, large appliances, clothing and broken items. We are always looking for volunteers to help us set up the night before, receive and price donated items, staff the LPNA tables to help sell donated items, and tear down and clean up after the flea market is over.
