The latest is a $75 million investment in rehabbing historic buildings into new apartments, new parks, upgraded security and repaving the historic brick roads. Once an entertainment hub, the new look is creating a dynamic residential community. Old favorite spots like the Four Seasons Hotel and The Old Spaghetti Factory have been joined by new restaurants, bars, a coffee shop and a grocery store.
