(TGCDC) is a consolidation of Grand Oak Hill Community Corp., Southwest Garden Housing Corp. and Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corp. The three organizations have served the community for more than 30 years. As a combined entity, Tower Grove Community Development Corp. continues the tradition of supporting the area’s growth by promoting responsible development, affordable housing and diverse character and vibrancy in the neighborhoods surrounding Tower Grove Park. Through local development and community progress expertise, TGCDC serves as a resource to neighborhood residents, buyers, renters, developers, real estate agents and business owners. The nonprofit, nondenominational corporation is financed in part through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Community Development Administration.
