Friday, September 14 Balloon Glow 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM — Balloon Glow on Art Hill Boogie Chyld perfoms on the Maryville University Main Stage 9:15 PM — PNC BANK FIREWORKS FINALE Additionally, the Humane Society of Missouri will be hosting their annual Glow in the Park Balloon Glow Dinner Friday evening.
