No in-line skates, segways, bicycles or skateboards permitted, per City of Clayton Ordinance Section 310:030. NO ANIMALS will be permitted except for support dogs, per City of Clayton Ordinance Section 210:300. Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. By entering the fair grounds, guests expressly grant Cultural Festivals the right to use their image or likeness, or their child’s image or likeness, in any promotional or advertising materials and/or in any live or recorded transmission of the Saint Louis Art Fair.
