Guerilla Floral Designs Tony Montano is the owner and pricipal designer at BUDS located on Hanley Road near Wydown Boulevard in Clayton, MO. He is a self-taught floral artist with a passion to articulate his creative vision through fresh flowers in decidedly custom haute couture designs. He spent many years in New York City where he had the chance to experience floral designing in an entirely different level, having worked alongside New York City's finest florists and event designers on many international events and the most glamorous private events.
