When she found the ranch home, it was bland and basic with neglected yards. To Lisa, it was a blank slate, just waiting for her creative vision. Five months after purchasing, Lisa embarked on a significant renovation. The wall between the living room and dining room had been removed, so it was easier to work with the open floor plan. Both rooms have coved ceilings. The kitchen is completely updated, with waterfall quartz countertop, and a wine/beverage bar with a backsplash constructed and installed by Lisa using wine crates she collected for several years. All new appliances, lighting and ceiling fans were added. An addition was added for a primary bedroom suite that’s dramatic and comfortable. Other items on the list included renovating the bathroom, and replacing the dining room window with double French doors. That doorway now leads to a new 3-season room with access to the backyard. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is used as an office and 2 full baths. The lower level/basement received Lisa’s touch for using spaces and is refinished with a full bath, bedroom, and large family room with a fireplace.
