physical and social neighborhoods. Only

ten percent of the housing is good, thirty

five percent needs rehabilitation and fifty

five percent needs reconstruction. The

Kingdom House buildings themselves are

in the latter category and a campaign of

a new building is scheduled for early in

the Spring of ‘63 although contributions

are now being received for the Building

Fund. The population in the area we serve

is approximately ten to twelve thousand

people. Of these one third move every

year so about every three years we have

a different clientele, seventy five percent

of these people have no private bath; only

about ten percent have above an eighth

grade education. Many cannot read or
